Abstract

The theoretical part of the work or literature review was created on the basis of a secondary research of the authors, more precisely by analyzing the reference sources: books, studies, scientific papers, domestic and international scientific researchers in the field of Human Resources Management. In addition, the paper examines the attitudes of the employees of various companies that connect the region in which they work: the Belgrade region, according to training, development, that is, according to the offer of formal and non-formal education in Serbia. The primary research was conducted with the help of Google Forms Tools, via social networks Facebook and LinkedIn. A five-step Likert scale was used to test the degree of agreement between the respondents and the alleged claims. The aim of the research is to establish the connection between independent and dependent variables through hypotheses, using certain statistical procedures, primarily the Chi-square test (Hi-square) and the application of the Microsoft Excel 2010 Data Analysis statistical program. Methods for collecting and processing data, methods of concretization and generalization, as well as induction and deduction were used for realization of research and conclusions in the paper.
