We are looking for a candidate to join our Customer service team at the position of:

Intern in Customer Service (m/f)

Main responsibilities:

  • Order entry process
  • Returns and refusals process
  • Internal order process
  • Follow up on deliveries with distribution
  • Support to distribution during delivery and return process
  • Support sales in the field
  • Reporting (OOS report, credit control report, delivery report)
  • Documentation (follow up and claearence after delivery)
  • Customer life cycle

Profile of the candidate:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Advanced user of MS Office package
  • Good analytical skills

This position is based in Belgrade and reports directly to Customer Service Manager.
