In doing so, they get to know the geographical diversity of coastal and marine systems and gain knowledge on cutting edge tools and techniques. During the programme, students study at two or three of the partner universities and gain multi-cultural experiences by living in multiple European countries.

All students have a common start for their first semester at NTNU, Trondheim, Norway. The following semesters 2-4 they will visit one or two of following universities UPC BarcelonaTech, Spain; TU Delft, The Netherlands; City University London, UK; and/or University of Southampton; UK, depending on their choice of specialization (there are five distinct tracks).
