We are looking for an addition to our Belgrade team for a position of a Flight Dispatcher or a Flight Dispatcher Trainee.
Flight Dispatcher is responsible for complete preparation of a flight, making sure that all the services are arranged properly and in timely fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to professional clients
- Organize services needed for the flights to be performed
- Create flight plans, and timely filing of them
- Track the live flights and provide support for the crew on ground
- Manage all the incoming information, properly forwarding and sorting them
- Organize transportation and hotel arrangements as per crew needs
- Keeping track of crew duty time and crew planning
Your skills and experience:
- High knowledge of English language, oral and written, is a must, we are working in a multicultural environment and all communication is done in English.
- Team oriented people
- Knowledge of French or German language is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, to handle several small issues at the same time
- Ability to prioritize tasks set before you
- Technical, traffic or tourist school is an advantage
